SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Gary's Gun shop complies with all state, local and federal laws with respect to firearm and ammunition sales.

Hazardous Materials such as powder and primers are not eligible for shipping.

The shipping rate for HANDGUNS is $27.00.

Safes and some ammunition are excluded from this offer, please contact us for details with questions on these exclusions.  

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

Orders placed with Standard Shipping are estimated to ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order was placed. Our estimated shipping time is based on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Orders for multiple items can sometimes take longer to assemble before we are able to ship, and may be shipped in multiple packages.

All firearms must be shipped to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer. The ship time for firearms is also dependent on whether or not we have the receiving dealer’s Federal Firearms License (FFL) on file, or if we need to obtain that from them. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT.

Orders placed after 3 p.m. CT for Standard or Express Shipping may not be processed until the next business day.

WHERE CAN WE SHIP TO?

Anywhere in the continental United States where compliant with state, federal and local laws.   Alaska and Hawaii- additional charges may apply- please call before placing your order. We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States. Some restrictions may apply.      

IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING YOUR STATE LAWS. IF YOU LIVE IN A HEAVILY REGULATED STATE YOU MAY ONLY PURCHASE MERCHANDISE DEEMED LEGAL IN YOUR STATE. IF WE DISCOVER THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ILLEGAL ITEM BASED ON YOUR STATE REGULATIONS THERE WILL BE PENALTIES. WE WILL CHARGE A 15% FEE  FOR RESTOCKING, PREPACKAGING AND CREDIT CARD FEES BASED ON THE PURCHASE PRICE.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We cannot ship to: Seattle, WA,  MA, DC, NJ or New York City, Buffalo, or Rochester, NY.  New York- for areas not located in the heavily regulated states or cities as just mentioned, we can ship ammunition to an FFL dealer near you.  Please email us at orders.garysgunshop@gmail.com with any questions. 
 

We no longer ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii. 

Attention California residents - we can ship ammunition and firearms to a valid licensed ammunition vendor or firearms dealer. Please check with your local FFL dealer, call  605 332-6119 (ext 2)  or contact us by email at winner.garysgunshop@gmail.com with any questions.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, a Street Address is required.

Orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders.

All orders receive email confirmation and are updated on the Order Status page.

Gary's Gun Shop does not ship outside the continental United States. We do not ship to Massachusetts, Chicago, or any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product.

AMMUNITION AND FIREARMS DISCLAIMER

Firearm possession is transferred in person at a FFL dealer ONLY and not to an individual's home which is against federal law.  All applicable state and federal requirements must be successfully completed. You must pass a background check and meet minimum age restrictions. Age must be verified with a current valid state ID.  You are responsible for knowing your federal, state and local laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchase and possession.

Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns and ammunition (21 years in some states).  Must be 21 years of age to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition.

AMMUNITION AND MAGAZINE SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Gary's Gun Shop cannot ship to a PO Box or a PMB, a physical address is mandatory. Ammunition is
shipped UPS ground and an adult signature is required. Accessories will be shipped either UPS ground or USPS whichever is more cost effective. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and shipping status.

RESTRICTIONS BY STATE

Alaska: No ammunition shipments. Ok to ship magazines.

California: No high capacity magazine shipments. OK to ship firearms and ammunition.

Colorado: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.

Connecticut: No ammunition or magazine shipments.

Hawaii: No ammunition shipments. Ok to ship magazines.

Illinois. No high capacity magazine over 15 rounds (handguns) 10 rounds (rifles), 5 rounds on shotguns.   No AR's, threaded barrels of any firearm. Must have valid FOID Card to order ammo.

Maryland: No magazine shipments. No modern sporting rifles/AR-15s.  Ok to ship ammunition.

Massachusetts: No ammunition or magazine shipments. No pre banned semi auto firearms. 

New Jersey: No high capacity magazine shipments.

New York: Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL.  No high capacity magazines (over 10 rounds).

Vermont: No high capacity magazines.

Washington D.C.. No ammunition or magazine shipments.

Washington: No high capacity magazines (over 10 rounds). Must be 21 years to purchase long gun. 

By registering with Gary's Gun Shop, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase and/or possess
ammunition ,and furthermore that you are not in violation of any state, local or federal law prohibiting
you from purchasing, owning or receiving ammunition and firearms.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.

Any order that conflicts with your state, local or federal law will be terminated immediately and
refunded minus a 15% fee. Credit card companies impose a fee when an order is placed online. We will not absorb this fee if you choose not to be informed of your state and local laws.
