The Magpul ACS (Adaptable Carbine/Storage) – Mil-Spec Model is a drop-in replacement buttstock for AR15/M4 carbines using Mil-spec sized receiver extension tubes. Dual, rear accessible, water-resistant battery storage tubes and an integral storage compartment in the butt of the stock provides multiple storage options.
Similar to the Magpul CTR®, the ACS also features an anti-snag release latch to prevent accidental activation along with a supplemental friction lock system that minimizes excessive stock movement for enhanced weapon stability and accuracy*. The ACS comes standard with a 0.30` thick rubber butt-pad which provides positive shoulder purchase to prevent slippage even with body armor or modular gear.

NOTE: There are two basic sizes of M4 Carbine receiver extensions (buffer tubes): mil-spec and commercial-spec. If you have a commercial-spec extension on your rifle, make sure to order the Commercial-Spec ACS.

Due to shipping regulations, all ammunition ordered through our website must be signed for upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. If you wish to order ammunition via our website and choose the in store pick up option, you may pick up your order at either one of our locations. Federal ammunition laws apply on pick up. You must be 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition or at least 18 for rifle/shotgun ammunition. To choose this option, click on the in store pick up tab. Age will be verified upon pick up.
Magazines and miscellaneous items can be shipped directly to your home. Both the stores and the warehouse will choose the carrier that best suits prompt delivery.
All firearms must be sent to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer. There are zero exceptions. It is your responsibility to secure a FFL dealer in your area that will receive your firearm. You must submit a valid copy of that FFL to us by email or fax.
Illinois residents must provide a copy of their FOID card prior to any ammunition/fireman purchase.
IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING YOUR STATE LAWS. If you live in a heavily regulated state you may only purchase merchandise legally owned in your state. If we discover that you have purchased an illegal item based on your state regulations there will be penalties. We will charge a 15% fee for restocking, prepackaging and credit card fees based on the purchase price.
